CFPT Foundation's Faith House is a three module component.  This house, located in Clermont, provides a place for two or three physically impaired adults to live together, share financial responsibilities, and reside in a house adapted to allow full access in all areas of the house resulting in complete independence.  It will also be a showcase of Durable Medical Equipment allowing families to see how their needs would be met by having 'hands on' interaction with the equipment.  Finally, the house is used as an educational/learning base for occupational therapy services to expand functional independence with money management, activities of daily living, yard care and child care for parents night out.  If you or someone you know might be interested in becoming a tenant of the FAITH House, please contact Amy Gomes or Renee Phares at (352) 394-0212.
